Installation guide

Cut material to the length required using Novaneon Shears (cut only at the marked intervals on the underside of the casing).

To connect to power, cut away a short section of the silicone casing to reveal the soldering pad.

Solder the wire tails to the terminals for connection to power supply. Always ensure positive, Red, Green and Blue are connected to the correct terminals.

Seal the wired end: use the end cap with hole & thread the soldered wire tails through. Apply glue to the inside of the end cap, and push onto the LED strip, wiping off any excess glue. Wait for glue to dry before powering on.

To seal terminating end, apply glue to the inside of the end cap and wipe off any excess glue.

When handling the Neonflex, take care to only bend vertically and avoid twisting or stretching the strip, as this may damage the internal components.

Follow these steps on how to install the Supaflex Neonflex 1212 Spectrum dotless RGB LED strip lights.

  1. Cut the LED strip to your required size using our Novaneon Shears, ensuring to only cut at marked intervals.
  2. To connect to power, cut away a short section of the silicone casing to reveal the soldering pad.
  3. Solder the wire tails to the terminals for connection to power supply. Always ensure positive-to-positive and negative-to-negative connection.
  4. To seal the wired end, use the end cap with a whole and thread the soldered wire tails through. Apply glue to the inside of the end cap, then push the cap onto the LED strip, ensuring to wipe away any excess glue. Wait for all the glue to dry before powering on.
  5. To seal the terminating end, apply glue to the inside of the end cap and wipe off any excess glue.
  6. When handling the Neonflex, take care to only bend vertically and avoid twisting or stretching the strip, as this may damage the internal components.
  7. You can install the Supaflex Neonflex 1212 Spectrum dotless RGB LED strip lights in a continuous run for up to 5m. Always check the max series to avoid a voltage drop.

Our Supaflex Neonflex 1212 Spectrum comes with a Connector Pack that contains silicone glue, 4 end caps and 4 front caps with RGB Cable. We also have straight and bendable mounting extrusions available – speak with our team to find out more.
