Prism, our 24V LED outdoor lighting module is a fantastic option for large format fabric lightboxes, cabinets and large external billboard style signs.

Using the latest optic technology, this 24V lighting system offers a unique 1:3 light spread ratio, providing a broad and even spread of light with fewer LED modules required. Prism modules are available in Warm White (3000K), and Cool White (6500K) colour variants, all with an impressive 5 year warranty.

Installation guide

Ensure the inside of your channel letter or sign box is clean and free of debris. For best illumination ensure the inside of the box is white (matte finish preferred).

Using supplied LED layout, remove tape from module and press firmly into place.

Secure LEDs by gluing modules in place. Ensure glue does not come into contact with LED lense as this will affect the light hue.

Drill a suitably sized hole out the back of the sign for connection to DC power supply.

Connect modules from the sign to power supply, making sure to not exceed maximum series. Exceeding the maximum series will result in voltage drop.

Follow these steps on how to install the Prism 24V LED outdoor lighting modules.

  3. Secure the LEDs by gluing modules in place. Ensure glue does not come into contact with the LED lense as this will affect the light hue.
  4. Drill a suitably sized hole out the back of the sign for connection to DC power supply.
  5. Connect modules from the sign to the power supply, making sure to not exceed the maximum series.
  6. You can install the Prism 24V LED outdoor lighting modules in a continuous run of 50 modules per series. Always check the max series to avoid a voltage drop.
